Canto Cutie is the first zine I came across that highlights work by Cantonese-speaking diaspora! - Cristy Y.

This is a small shop with an amazing vibe. Whenever I walk in I always smile because of how welcoming it is. I can usually find something for any age group like artwork, clothes and other knickknacks that you can buy as gifts or just to decorate your own space. The owner, Diana Ho, is also really into social justice and helping her community which is evidenced by her charity bake sales for different causes. This place is a gem and definitely worth a few visits. - Chris F.
Ira's zines are so cute and fun to read, it was hard not to buy half the things in their shop when I first found them! - Cristy Y.
Lilly Taing is a Cambodian-Chinese illustrator / comics artist based in NYC. She's a soft soul and caring friend and overall amazing human who creates beautiful art to amplify the voices of others. She mostly donates her pieces to various community organizations or draws to accompany written pieces, for example in her recent contribution to Slant'd. I could continue gushing but I should probably stop to save space :) - Michelle T
From Wendy Xu: Nova Huang knows more about magic than your average teen witch. She works at her grandmothers' bookshop, where she helps them loan out spell books and investigate any supernatural occurrences in their New England town.
One fateful night, she follows reports of a white wolf into the woods, and she comes across the unexpected: her childhood crush, Tam Lang, battling a horse demon in the woods. Their latent feelings are rekindled against the backdrop of witchcraft, untested magic, occult rituals, and family ties both new and old in this enchanting tale of self-discovery.
Cute stickers and other stationery goods for all occasions. Perfect for folks who love to journal, send letters or collect stickers and stationery. - Nicole F.
Eggloo is a Chinatown dessert shop! This set includes:
Eggloo x Welcome to Chinatown tote bag
Eggloos’ Hojicha flavored egg waffle mix; makes 7-8 famous Hong Kong waffles.
Packaged with hand illustrated paper sleeve of "Chinatown Holiday Village" by Sonya Lei.
From Tiffany: Starting December 13 for the 12 days of Christmas, I have a “Send a Song” gift, where you donate and then we record any song of your choosing (string arrangement) and send to the person of your choice. Think Christmas gram, but virtual and musical :)
From Helen: For your friend, family, or loved one, a mini feng shui session! I’ll review their Nine Star Ki chart (what elements they embody) to bring them balance this holiday season. We will talk about a specific goal and see ways in which we can manifest it using feng shui. I will pair them with feng shui cards — something beautiful to set an intention. For you, the gift giver, I will send you a curated care package that will bring you energy and good vibes to carry you through the holidays. To book, email email@example.com.
The membership is the best gift to yourself. You get to learn about investing, invest alongside the best, and potentially open so many doors to your career. - anonymous
